The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County (CFS) recently received a donation of $10,000 from Slawson Cunningham Whalen & Gaspari, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death and insurance litigation that is known in our community for its dedication to the safety of children and the prevention of child abuse.

02/02/2009-FRED CUNNINGHAM OF SLAWSON CUNNINGHAM WHALEN & GASPARI NAMED PRESIDENT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY JUSTICE ASSOCIATION
Palm Beach Gardens – February 2009 – Fred Cunningham was recently named President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA). In this role, Cunningham will work with Kathy Baloga, executive director, and the rest of the Board to oversee the direction, mission and vision of the association, which includes more than 450 attorneys and paralegals who represent the plaintiff in civil cases.

Palm Beach Gardens – January 2009 – Gregory Yaffa of the law firm Slawson Cunningham Whalen & Gaspari has been nominated to the 2009 list of Florida Super Lawyers. Yaffa, who is younger than 40, was specifically nominated for the “Rising Star” Super Lawyer distinction.
