Palm Beach Gardens – February 2009 – Fred Cunningham was recently named President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA). In this role, Cunningham will work with Kathy Baloga, executive director, and the rest of the Board to oversee the direction, mission and vision of the association, which includes more than 450 attorneys and paralegals who represent the plaintiff in civil cases.
